The Bimini Trader was a 90ft long trading / cargo vessel build in 1954 that eventually sank offshore south Bimini in 1992 because of hurricane Andrew. Divers should pay attention to fierce currents that also attract some sharks. Huge groupers and lots of smaller marine fish can be found near the shelters an upside down wreck can offer.
